New Model Announced!
The W-221H is listed on Casio Japan for a Feb 2026 launch. Looks cool 👍

Here are the main points from my experience:
This series is very tough, and 50m of Casio water resistance is more than most people need.
All of them are great, accurate watches. You can’t go wrong with any of them.
The 217, 218, and 219 are the most popular today, but the older models are better. The 212, 213, and 214 have more features than the newer ones. The 212 has a stainless bezel, and both 212 and 213 have 5 alarms, a timer, and dual time. The 213 is especially loud, and the 214 has the one-button timer. That’s almost like G-Shock functionality.
The 215 and 216 are the biggest letdowns. They have newer, simpler modules like the 217, 218, and 219. The 215 looks cool with its “integrated sports bracelet” style, but it has a very long strap that doesn’t fit well.
It seems Casio is adding more features with the 220 and 221, so I’m excited to try those. I also plan to get the 211 when I find a good deal, even though I have an idea of what it will be like. Gotta catch ’em all!
